We offer a few kinds of meetings: Design meetings at your home, Phone consultations, Video-conferences online and Garden Coaching Consultations. Design meetings at your home are best for when you have a project that needs a proposal or for folks that want to invest in a landscape design. Phone calls are great when you just need a quick discussion. Videoconferencing can be a good way to get things going quickly or to look at links and materials (or when that busy spouse of yours just won’t be available, so we have to call them at work - aargh!) Garden coaching is usually for folks that just moved here (I know, it ain’t easy bein’ green!) or that have bought a new home.

Landscaping can be a complex series of decisions. You've got the basic aspects of wind, water and sun as well as soil, slope and drainage. Mix in the difficulties of budgets, phasing and the fact that you have to make the decision with that pesky spouse of yours... and, well, we don't need to tell you how difficult it is. We help people make these decisions all the time. It really doesn't have to be that difficult for you. In fact, if you break it into simple steps, landscape solutions can be relatively easy to resolve. We know materials, costs and availability, contractors and how to put together a construction schedule. While we can assemble a project that you can manage yourself, we can also do all the heavy lifting if you like. If so, you just meet us when you wish - and answer emails as the process moves along.

Our plans and sketches aren't just drawings, but a presentation package of concepts, costs and construction. OPC offers a comprehensive design package that is the most graphically complete outdoor project presentation you will find anywhere - and each plan can include material catalogs, plant information handouts and estimates for the work to be completed. We also provide a plan and estimate revision at no additional charge. Our proposals break out the specific amount, size and quantity of all materials needed and we note the anticipated days needed for completion.
On-budget estimating: because we know what you need, where to get it & how much it costs.
Sourcing from a special and unique database of over 12,000 regionally available plant materials, we know where the Hydrangea are hiding. We have worked with many of the Puget Sound’s premier suppliers of paving, stone and landscape materials for decades, and will draw upon these connections to promptly bring your project concept to reality.
